With the metrics you have half sizes I just needed to get a 2.5mm allen wrench because my original set went in 1mm increments

Thats not the only problem
If the screw is stripped do you know how to drill it and use an easy out to remove it ? If not do yourself a favor and follow the advice I gave you in my first post.. You now "the bad comments" telling you to seek hands on help from someone with experience
Reason for edit: took out the quote which was way over the line for language!

Hey thanks for the bad comments.
Good Luck!
Joe
PS if you do have every single size allen wrench available, and none fit, then your screw is stripped.

You know what, I give up. First it was a pain in the butt just to get the frikin trainer, now once i got it ive had to fix it up, and Ive been trying for 5 days to replace the stupid prop and just start the motor! im sick of it. At last i got the sim to work, and its good enough, im sick of it.

This hobby takes A LOT of patience.
This hobby is as much about about fiddling with the stuff as it is about flying thats half the fun if after 5 days you're ready to pack it in then you won't find this fun!!!
Also remember your defination of the way the Allen wrench fit the screw could be a result of either the wrong size wrench or a stripped screw head since a simple visual verification would tell you this it leads me to believe that you either have the wrong sized wrench or do not know what a stripped screw looks like both of these problems would have been readily apparent to an experienced modeler and a remedy would have been found. RCU is great place to find info but some problems are more easily solved with hands on help...

You can drill them out and re-tap but I wouldn't recommend you trying this on your own

If the head is intact
After reading this child's posts I wouldn't bother trying to help him. He's a rude, impatient, arrogant, "know it all"
that likes to insult the people trying to help. So what's the point?Dennis-

It's not on the head, it's some type of spinner fastener.

Hey man, hope your dad can take you out to the field today....
I'm sorry about all your troubles, do you have a starter??.....When I got my starter, that made starting the engine ALOT easier....If you dont' have one, try and save up to get one....They will help out alot.....
Don't get frustrated, just be patient w/ your dad taking ya out to the field, and eventually if you stick to everything then you'll most likely be ok.....
Sorry again about your troubles.....Hope everything turns out ok....

C'mon guys don't be like this.....I talked to GT last night and he's just frustrated with everything.....I know that everyone is trying to help him, but GT is just frustrated....Don't be like this to him......
I come to this site to help people and I actually enjoy doing it. I will NOT help someone that's going to abuse me for trying to provide that help.

GTac needs to grow up and learn to deal with frustration, his life is going to be full of it.

Unfortunently, DB is right I think... Gtac is not listening (or so it seems) he should either take the comments or ignore them... what he is doing is not called for

You may want to make sure you don't have any other problems that you will need help with. Looks like you confirmed what Dennis was saying. It sounds to me like you are a spoiled kid headed for another disappointment.

Okay, Okay.. Enough already. You've got to know this guy is just pulling your chain. There's no one out there that pompus, ignorant and just plain stupid. He's probably a seasoned pilot sitting back and enjoying all the grief he's giving. You all know anyone starting out in this sport/hobby is aching to ask and gain the knowledge it takes to start flying. I vote we all join together and not answer another question posed by this guy. And if he's for real (which I just can't believe he is) then he's going to have a pretty tough time going it by himself.

I am wondering, does the engine have a spinner on it? A spinner is a conical shaped device that covers the center part of the prop. Is that what you are having problems getting the screws out so you can get to the prop? If so get a small flashlight and look down the screw holes with the light. You may have a small phillips head screw in there and taht is why your allen wrenches will not work. It is possible, only remotely possible you have some Torx screws. They are small cap screws. They look like allen screws especially in the small sizes. However they have a star shaped drive. Allen wrenches will not fit.
Anyway if you cannot get the screws out sacrifice the spinner. Take a hacksaw and cut it off. Spinners are inexpensive, less than 10 bucks for a plastic one. I am assuming your spinner is plastic. If it is not and it is aluminum you will have to get the screws out. Onece the nose is off the spinner you will find a nut holds the prop on. Just take the nut off and screw the prop off. You will probably have to drill the new prop center out to fit the shaft of the engine. !/4" and 6 to 8 mm are the common sizes. It varies from engine to engine. Install the prop and tichten down the nut. If you are using a spinner be sure to locate the prop on the back plate (The flat part of the spinner that goes under the prop, and is attached to the engine.) so that the prop will fit out the holes of the cone without touching the cone. If you cannot do it without touching , you can whittle or sand the cone to fit the prop. That should do the prop replacement.
Now if the prop is damaged. Starting the engine with a damaged prop is dangerous. It will vibrate severely and possibly over rev and damage the engine. It would help us some to know what engine and prop you have. Be sure the prop you buy is apprpriate. For a 40 engine a 10-6 is a good starter. For a 45, 46 an 11-6 should do. 3 bladed props are another matter. You need the same make and size as is on the engine (EVO engines in some trainers have these). Once the prop is on you have had good advice on how to start it. I would also replace the glow plug just for peace of mind. You can get one at any hobby shop, Fox, K&B or OS are good brands. You need a long plug. I hope this will help you get going.
Now please do not take what I will say now personally. I know yopu are angry now. You cannot fix anything if you are angry. I fought this as a proffesional mechanic for years. When angry you just cannot think clearly. The suggestion to go to a field and get help is a good one. It always is nice just to have someone to bounce ideas off or just plain grumble with. You can also get several opinions on how to get it running. Do you have a local hobby shop? There is also a lot of experince there as well. Some cannot or will not help you but most would be glad to get you running.
I hope this helps you. I am sorry for the long post. One last thing when you try to start your plane take a piece of rope and tie the tail to a post or table or something immovable. When the engine does start chances are it will jump foreward. It is very likely that you coud be hurt by the spinning prop. Please be carefull, I would not like to see you hurt. Just please be calm and logical. Read through old posts herte. Try searching for threads on staring engines. There is a gold mine of information here. If you do not know how at the top of the page there is the FAQ button. The procedure is there.
Good luck with your new plane.

Please don't be too proud to ask for assistance in this hobby. 99% percent of us who started out in this hobby did it with the help of a follow modeler. There are SO many tips and techniques that are best learned through others instead of ruining and engine or crashing a plane to learn (better to learn from other's mistakes than our own, its cheaper in this hobby).
I don't know what you were to accomplish by starting your engine. If you aren't familar with tuning it, you could easily damage or destroy a new engine by running it too lean or too rich (if ABC).
When you regain your patience and swallow a bit of pride, head down to the local flying field and watch to see who appears to know what they are doing (hint: if their plane deadsticks repeatedly during flights seek help elsewhere). and ask for assistance.
