Clam,
I didn't pitch my story out there for that but thank you. All I wanted was to focus the attention on the nice act of a really good man, his daughter, and their LHS. Non nobis, Domine, sed tuo da gloriam! *hehe* A Templar reference

i just got an engine, thank you for offering. Soraus however appears to be in need of one. However, i have a hitec sp-1010. it's hitecs now discontinued 10 amp speed control. some of the clear covering has been cut away over the heat sing and the wires have been cut and soldered but it works great. PM me if you want one.
Cheers,
Clam

I make this post once in a while hoping that someone will answer... is there anyone in Taiwan I can pay it forward to? I really like this idea and would love to help someone out.

I need a simulator so i don't trash my Lanier Stinger (when i finally get it built). I just cannot afford to get a sim. If anyone has one and would like to get rid of it i would be greatly appreciated. I will help other people whenever i can.

yeah my roomate has a trainer, i have taken off and landed about 5 times, and i have flown about 10 times! I love this R/C stuff and i just want to sharpen my skills. Hopefully someone could help me out with a simulator for cheap that they don't use anymore.

while simulators are great for the learning curve, i've found personally that they dont really do that much after you get the hang of flying and the psysics seem to be pretty poor. while a simulator is great, if you have the oppertunity, you could get a small indesctructable electric plane like a mini IFO or something which you can fly around your room, and it will keep your skills on the ball. see, small electrics are really the ultimate simulators because a crash means you pick it up and fly again, so you have no fear and the physics are absolutely awsome compared to any simulator.. however, if i come across anyone looking to get rid of their simulator i will reffer them to you.
Cheers,
Clam

Hi All.

Thanks Bill aka "Bubbagates" for thinking to start a Great thread
and to all that have contributed to this great "Pay it forward" idea!!
I know it is hard to feel safe about giving your hard earned
equipment to an unknown person that may or may not need the
assistance.. But heck if your not using and do not plan on using the
item in question... Why not??? Take some of the uneasy feeling
away by giving the needy person a PM, then a email.. Maybe even
calling them to just get a feel of that person.. I know in this crazy
world we now live in, it's even hard that way..... But, I would like to
still believe "Most" of the people will not want to take advantage of
a kind and generous offering and in return will do the same when
given the chance to continue to help those in need.. Which can only
help in making our little world a little better place for all!! And it also
makes you feel Great!!

OK, I just had to say the above!....... Can you tell :-) Someone has
offered me a set of 40sized FG floats from my post #124...

Thank You!... You know who you are!!

And it does make you feel GREAT!! Knowing that Great, generous
and helpful people still make up the majority of this World!!

Larry,

I have not forgotten about looking into the trainer for you. I have been quite sick these last few days and am now only starting to feel good enough to go outside.

Sucks to be this sick [:'(]

I'm so happy that I could just wiggle myself to death like a little puppy! *LOL* I apologize if the quality of the pics is poor but what the hey! I apologize for not being on but had another "honey-do" list that was impinging on my freedom if not my continued life! *LOL* But that's behind me.....it's done. I've also done better covering jobs too but I think this plane is going to get abused some so I'm really unconcerned with how it looks.
