all right, what one of you bought it, come on, tell up LOL
probably the best deal of the year, but I don't need it, but for the price I was thinking about it, just to have,

Man I think I will wind up skipping Toledo this year. Last year I wound up spending twice my budget on engines for the B-25. I don't need any more engines or planes.. I WANT MORE, but don't need more. LOL In a few years though I will probably start building the P-61 kit I have and will be back to buying a pair of engines, that one needs 50cc or better, and I haven't found any 4 strokes that fit that size for it.
Boys i just rubbed my left crystal ball and got a subliminal message from 'the pope' he misses you guys and wants to come back promising to behave himself this time cough and may even consider taking a somewhat less grand title...like fallen angel etc...poor old popo...unless you have a good memory
Bruce buddy i hope you are not part of the new wave underejeculated undereducated over propping saito engines people like me.Dave has a good point i used to run my 62 on a 12x6 mas.

Pete, Geri was 75 yesterday and I took her to the Outback Steak House in Fredericksburg today, I had a Peach Bellini and a 12 oz rib eye with a loaded baked potato
My 62 has always worn a Graupner 12x7, seems like a good match.

Dave happy birthday to geri, love steakhouses yummy. Those peach bellini drinks are nice...did you know it's a fine and cultured italian invention, comes from the same country ducati's are made in.Would you rethink your american bias and try a modern motorcycle from italy? you may have ridden them years ago but as usual today is different to how it used to be.I started out with a mas 12x6 on the 62 and ended up flying it with a 13x6 apc.

Good evening, (down there) Pete, The only Italian bike the intrigues me is the MotoGuzzi MGX21, it's a 1400 and should go at a decent pace.
My .62 turns a MA 12x6 3 blade at 10,150 and sounds so nice with the TurboHeader

Pretty sure he's only on moderated status, he can post and they must be approved, he behaves for a while he will be fully reinstated.

Hobbsy, that Moto Guzzi MGX21 is a fine looking bike! I haven't seen a Moto Guzzi in the flesh for decades. We had a local dealer but he went out years ago.

This is a generic answer.
We moderate with a "tie goes to the member" philosophy. If a pattern appears that is constantly on or over the line then that pattern is discussed with the member, pointing out the rules they are violating that they agreed to when they signed up.
Then if it continues posts are removed and the member is reminded again that what is going on won't be tolerated.
Then and only then, after review by the Forum Manager, RC Ken, a member is placed on moderated status, meaning they can post but each post must be approved. After a period of time, generally two weeks or repeated posting within the rules the MS is lifted.
Some folks, either by personality, culture or whatever feel that the rules don't apply to them or they need the last word. Some believe that a history of positive and valuable contributions earns them the right to break rules or makes their other posts above reproach.
The fact is, they don't have the last word, they aren't more valuable than their antics, and repeated behavior after being warned will result in MS or banning. We don't like to do it, its a hard decision to come by, but we can and will. New names? Won't work. They can't keep their mouth shut, we've done this too long and know and can easily recognize the writing style, and they can't hide their IP address. THAT will earn a ban, creating a new account to get around MS.
You might want to be the biggest, baddest, smartest kid on the playground and thats fine, but it won't be this playground
Also, moderators can't do what we/they want. All of our actions are subject to review up the line. Hobsy doens't moderate this thread because he is a regular contributor, its done by someone outside the discussion.
Hope this helps.
