Ya, Bill, you're right. That picture was taken in early October, after the first snow melted. The snow is here for good now. Seven inches predicted by this time tomorrow. Lucky me!!!

Tom:
Lucky you? Don't think so. Masochistic you I'd agree with.
The only good thing about snow is that it cushions what would otherwise be an unacceptably hard landing. But to take advantage of that you first have to be fool enough to live where it happens, and second, be fool enough to go out and fly in such weather.
Haw.
Bill.
PS: If you haven't figured it out, I do not envy you your weather. wr.

Ya I got the scale illness. The Taube that takes a Sairo, Os, or Magnum .91.
Who runs to hand launch???? Just stand there and throw it.
I'm convicted. I like the cold and I'm dumb enough to fly in it. When you crash in the winter plane goes from one piece to 10Million pieces 'cause the cold makes them brittle.
Hey guys 40ties over the weekend.

Barron, you have 40's, we have winter weather advisories. Snowing pretty hard now. Saw a SUV on it's side on the way home from work today.
Hope it lets up. I am thinking of driving to Don's on Saturday.
So you think the 109 could be hand launched?
Bill, I may play only half the game, but I don't freeze to death, either!!!

Looks good, Barron. You'll be out in the freezing cold flying it soon!!!
We never got as much snow as they predicted, but the car was drgging it across the driveway so I got the snow blower out today. Supposed to warm up a little for the next few days. I dream of a GREEN Christmas.

Looking good, Schwabby.
I might need to move south. Supposed to get down to 30 here tonight, but it's almost 70F outside right now. We'll see what happens.
Bill.

Barron, Glad you're getting things done. I've hit roadblocks with the retracts and flaps on the FW. These problems will take some thought, and that is SCARY!!!
Don't you wish that we had Bill's weather problems? He can have the hurricanes, tho.

::starts up-load of pics::
The current mindset of those in charge of the schools: Keep people form thinking. Ya don't worry that's how I solve most of my problems. I could send you some plans to help you, they would be blank sheets of paper for the dog to wright on and that would teach you a lesson not to look to the dog for help.
I'd rather have our weather than Bill's it shure can get stinkin hot down there. (I use to live in Tx.) 40 right here out side.
Anyways found time to get pics up. All's that's left to do it a little dopeing under the power-plant. Should have thought of it sooner......oh I was buisy solving other problems.
::Man these pics are taking a long time to load::
Anyone seen, heard from Snoopis Scoopis???
::waits for pics to finish up-loading::
Well here it is, I lay out my project infront of all........

Barron, The Cub looks real nice!!! I bet iy will fly well, too.
You're right about Bill's weather. I envy his temps, now, but I couldn't endure his summers. Sometimes I feel that 80 degrees is too hot. Sure couldn't handle Florida's heat and humidity.
I worked on the FW today. Cut out the foam where the wheels go. I'm having trouble getting the gear leg angle right. More thought. This is getting dangerous!!!

Don, Old Son:
In the immortal words of Tom Lehrer:
"Plagiarize!
Let no one else's work evade your eyes!
Remember why the Good Lord made your eyes!
So don't shade your eyes,
Just plagiarize! Plagiarize! Plagiarize!
Only be sure always to call it please, research."
