Or a set of eflites. Have a set on my Top Flite P51 and they work great. No air to worry about, no lines, no fittings, just lug in and they work. Put is a larger RX battery and you are good to go.

well, damn, wish I had one. Hopefully I will have a couple planes ready soon. Only have the Something Extra ready to fly, all the others need work. T-Clips is still waiting on an engine, LT-40 needs the ailerons rehinged, and need a new cowl for the Cub. My other Cub needs a once over and it can be ready for flight. P-51 needs the engine retuned, if I can get it started, and the 4*120 needs the engine re-adjusted. I might yank the DLE-20 off and replace it with the XYZ which uses a different carb and was pre-tuned by the seller The P-47 needs a replacement cowl. I have to do some more sanding, put the panel lines on, then I can paint it and prep it to make a mold.

All this and building the B-25 at the same time. I need more time.

Thanks. I have an FG-11 I was flying it with, and picked up a Saito 56 for it instead. Problem is, the muffler that came with the 56 is wrong. Too small, so have to order a Turboheader for it. I needed tail weight for the FG, so hoping to reduce weight so it flies better. It flew OK but lacked the power to recover from a stall. The FG-11 uses a different mount than the 56.

How early do I need to be there to get a spot for overnighting? Show up a day early? Last year it was nuts there, no place to park.

Do you overnight there? I have a 28' Trailer that I would be taking if I can get a spot. Need to be sure I can get a spot, or will get a motel room in the next town over. That also determines if I spend the money to make an extended run fuel system for my genny.

Don't forget there is a nice campground at Diamond Lake county park just a mile north of town that has facilities. We used to camp there for many years because it was shaded and had some level campsites and the fishing was pretty good.

That might work provided I can fit my planes in my truck.

Oh Hey it's Bob! How you doing?

I have used spring air on my king kobra. I like them over other air retracts because if there is a lack of air they will always come down.

The Robart retracts have the same feature now.

I take it your talking about the fly-in at Sig. I'm hoping to go this year, this will be my first trip there. I was thinking of going Thursday to get a spot and then I want to go check out the plant on monday.

Hi Bob, I talked to you in the past about my Komander that I want to bring with me. I am looking forward to meeting you and getting some flying in. This might be a dumb question, but I take it you can only fly with with 2.4 gig radios at this fly-in?

Okey , hope to see you all there.

They had the 72 board last year, but didn't look like anyone was actually using it.

A few people were using 72 MHz and we have a table for impounding the 72 MHz transmitters.

Thanks for the info. I can't believe you got the 168, way out of my budget or room for in my shop. What kind of servos are you using in something that big? Enjoy your build and if I get to Sig this year I hope to meet you.
