Ant,

What's this poo about mode 2?

I can't imagine why anyone would want to seperate the pitch and roll commands. Heli, fixed wing or otherwise.

Do you fly mode 1 (pitch and yaw on the left stick, throttle and roll on the right)? I used this in the early 1980's but I went mode 2 (throttle and yaw on the left stick, pitch and roll on the right stick) by about 1985.

Do you prefer some other configuration on your side of the pond?

Just curious.

Nutter, please do not insult my mate Wiltshire by asking him if he flys throttle right.... ofcourse he don't he flys blokes mode like me and every other real jet bloke. [:-]

cor a viperjet in your hangar too eh... you know quality when you see it don't ya..

take it easy
JETCHER
i agreee, throttle right jockeys are equiv to left handed people......they come from a different planet.

on real jets the throttle is on the left...........like os real blokes.....as Jason put it.
Im left handed, and normally fly throttle left for heli and fixed wing. but can switch to throttle right without having to think about it. and have taught people to fly in both modes.

What planet does that put me on.

Same one as me I prefer to fly helis throttle left and planes throttle left or right but much prefer throttle right as I don't need a free hand to drink, pick my nose, point or hold beef jerky

LOL LOL

All the best

stop stiring the sh*t Rutter, Phills a busy man, i'm sure he's either working his butt off to get orders out or maching 20hours a day to get things ready, he'll get round to emails when he can, be patient and he will reply.

manjet,

Give me a call, I'll take care of you here in the US.
The Hewards and I have been quite busy the last two weeks with a military client.
Either PM or call me directly to discuss your problem.

Sincerely,

Robert O'Brien
