hey guys, I just sold my MT2 so thanks for all the help. I might get another one but for now take care.
if you dont mind me asking, how much did you get for it? ......im trying to sell mine too.
I had mine listed for 250 or trade. I had about 700 total spent but i traded for a tmaxx with about the same amount of upgrades.

Thats what im asking $250 or $200 no electrics, all it needs is a glow plug and tuned a bit. I'd have to say i have about 1000-1200 put into it.....but the thing about any RC's you will never see that money back.

thanks, yeah that is 8 shocks with 45wt silicone in them for bigger airs and bling factor didn't drive it yet but they are much harder than stocks, you can drop it from eye level like a savage. they arent attached to suspension arms, I put longer screw on shock towers and drill c hub for front and a longer shaft for rear.

Sweet the only thing that might not be as good on it now is the small bumps might make it jump around a bit. Looks good man. You should put a big block in it

hump pack batteries caused problems all day, when ı was finally able to drive hit the curb and broke the steering knuckles from arm because of not loose new turnbuckles

hear are double suspension settings:

drilled the very top of the c hub, put a 3x10 screw and a small spacer. equalized lenght of the springs by different spacer. for the shock tower I used 3x35. it's pretty tough I think, not drived too much but dropped many times. time will test it..

for shock tower it is 3x40 (will put flange pipe instead of link ball if I find any), for the wheel side I used hpi a281 but with small lathe process to fit the wheels (forgot to shot them) (also reversed the suspension arms).

the flywheel and oil catcher was optional parts for mt2 in usa web site, it doesnt fit g3.0. but with some lathe think it accerates better now.

sf2 and fiber disc a good combination (does any one tried graphite paddles?)

a simple solution for damaged steering knuckles; put 3x10 from bottom and m3 nut to other end, while making nut hot with soldering iron pull the screw (plastic is cool). no more searching for 3x10 flat heads on the ground

eminentguitar: today ı saw a hpi 4.6 for a very good price. do ı need change diffs really? or need universal dogbones and heavy duty cups? what may be the top speed with a slow accelareting ratio?

eminent, i'm not sure what its worth, i have alot of time/money in it. it is in excellent condition.mip shinney cvd's,hpi aluminum racing shocks, titanium turnbuckles, extra bodies/wheels/tire. i'm sure that its worth more to me than someone else, you know how that goes. my two boys want nitro's now since i've been bitten by the nitro bug. it's a great truck and i'd rather trade it for something thats gonna get used, than have it sit around. keith, i think youre right. thanks guys.
