another for me, and i have seen others copy me at the park.
the tailgate of your truck makes an excellent work bench/pit area. i back right up to where we're driving, it's perfect. i hate kneeling the whole day.

There is alot of truth in the words that brownstone speaks. looking around here and see a lot of good ideas. we also use zip ties on our body clips but i just bought the kit from dubro to keep the clips with the body

heres one for ya........ i got tired of my fuel line comming out of my exhaust and then killin the engine ( due to no pressure in the tank) so what i did is took off the pipe and feed the line all the way through the pipe on the line inside the pipe i put an old fuel line fitting inside the line then you pull the fuel line back in like it suppose to be basically wedging the fuel line between the fitting and the pipe so it seals better and also holds the fuel line .............. also the idea about the shock boots really goodbut better yet .... you can also use the fingers off latex gloves .... they tend not to rip like a ballon does

That is the stock engine with the rc10gt fuel tank and stage 2 cooling head. I now run the os .12 cv-r, but don't have a pic of it in there.
*edit* i put in some pics with the new engine.

OK HERE IS THE BEST TIP OF THEM ALL!!!
.....dont take your nitro for a swim!!! TRUST ME!!!
Lol ok here's a more serious one. Lengthen your exhaust to tank tube to 8-10" for better ideling. This was recommended to me by someone else but i noticed a difference.
Also, what i have found to work better than CA glue for tires is this silicon glue stuff. You can usually find it at the dollar tree.. its made by "Super Glue" but its called "Fix-All Adhesive". Make sure you get the Adhesive and not the cement. Then smear it around the rim/up on the tire. When it dries it looks fine.. not messy like it origionally looks.. and holds MUCH better than CA glue that ive been using.
Oh yeah and another one.. if your breaking that stupid stock antenna tube on your NEVST.. the ones at the LHS.. the black ones.. are taller and reach almost to the end of your wire AND are very flexible/ wont snap.. just bends. They're only about 50 cents or so (if i remember correctly) and are at most LHS's. Ask the guy at the counter for them because they usually ar ebehind the counter in a box and not on display.

Heres a little tip for some people
Don't ride a bicycle when the wire mesh in the tires is showing(see pics below)
And just so it isn't off topic of R/C, don't jump your car off a cliff withought a camera near by.
