brownstone101 there is such thing as talking to much.
heres a tip, the faster you have your rc drive the more $ you are going to spend. keep this in mind when you are going wot and you hit a curb. if you where going 1/2 throttle you would still be driving around.

I Seriously hope you didn't aim that to me...Because not everyones "1/2 throttle" goes the same speed. For some its 20mph, for others its 35mph,...etc...

Ahh ok.
Plastic dip is the single most greatest idea I have used for a long time. I havent re-applied any yet because
1)My servos are crap
2)they seem to be doing well without it
3)Too lazy to pop them out of my trucks...

Use a body reamer to make small holes in the body so you can access the HSN, LSN, and the Idle speed screw. Then get a long thin small screw driver for tuning the carb.
I got tired of having to take my body off and on.

Here is a tip that will make a lot more people happy.
Learn how to spell.
I have seen many younger people use shortcuts and replace words with letters or numbers.
Dont use 'u' in place of 'you' or '2' for 'two'. I know sometimes people use 'LHS' for 'Local Hobby Shop' but I think that is a little different. Some people dont always know how to spell every word but most people wont say anything over a mistake here or there but when nobody can understand the whole post or make out words that just looks bad. Also when you spell better and make sense of what you write you look smarter.
Point of all this: help everybody out and use better grammar!

I REALY aint one to talk in the spelling department, but I agree, take you time while typing.
Here is a trick dont know if it has been said but I am to damn lasy to read 3 pages.
TRICK: the little pice of silicone tubing that is usually on the brake linkage, well if you take that off the brakes work better if you are using a wimpy servo. However if you have a high torque servo that silicone tubing is a nice cushon so the brakes dont always lock up.
TRICK: I got this one from one of my dads old friends then saw it in the rc driver mag and made me think to poast it. If you are sick if the philips head skrews stripping put a little bit of valve grinding compound on the tip of the skrewdriver.

Here is one to do with ball cups. I went racing this weekend and had a real problem with the ballcups popping off. First I found if you pop one off you should replace it. Next for a tighter fit place a square of plastic baggy underneath the cup(got this from a magizine). Also if you are tired of losing all the foam washers just get some #60 or 1/4x1/8x1/16 inch o-rings and use them instead.

Brownstone will you please use spellcheck and read your posts before you click the OK button. Your best posts need a lot of working out to figure out what they mean and your worst ones are unreadable. I think it has already been mentioned that no one minds a few errors but your posts are astounding!
