Hey guys, so i have what is essentially a second x-cell which is a roller and have been thinking about making it electric. Anyone happen to know what the differences are between the two? From what i can tell, seems to be pretty much the base plate, and then obviously the rear end mounting of the motor and stuff and gearing....i assume the shock towers and everything else are the same...no?

Hey guys, I have tried searching this long forum thread for information on this but couldn't find anything. I was wondering if there is a conversion kit or anything that might assist with what parts are needed to convert a nitro x-cell into a brushless x-cell. Any info would be great as I continue to search on this topic

Have you considered any of the trucks that Losi offers, there great products, the engines are great and they have tons of upgrades.

Hey everybody, how do I set up the clutch for a OS 15CV on an X Cellerator? The XTM engine uses a collet and the OS has the drive washer. It appears that the clutchbell wont line up with the spur gear if I use the drive washer. I need to order the clutch parts and would like to know what to get before I buy. Thanks.

Quick question about ball diff on these x-cells. How tight should they be? I am running the electric version, but the only thing that really differs between nitro and elec is the size of the diff gear (i.e. there's enough space for one more ball bearing). Anyways, I have tried setting it and have melted two gears already. This last rebuild of all new parts, found a great video on how to do it. Followed the steps and at first it felt nice and smooth. After the little break in session, tightened it one last quarter turn and the diff won't grab..... Trying everywhere to get some info, but came here b/c people who know x-cells post here. Any insight would be great. For some reason I want to tighten it more but don't want to keep buy gears.....

So recently I destroyed my front end on my xcellarator. It's an electric and my basher. Looking for suggestions on replacing/upgrading the front end. What fits and where all is the best place to order.

Yeah I've been perusing their wares. There was a lot of multiple all around parts for fairly cheap. should have jumped on it when I had the chance.
