I'm running the Losi half offset wheels and tires. I loved the stock tires and wheels, but the foams were too soft. I tried other foams, but they would not fit over the huge stock wheels. I am selling them to a guy at our track.

damm dude looks nice......... I wouldnt be selling the included tires so quickly.. I have seen those tires run and they work awesome.....those stock foams are not as bad as your imagining, as i know first hand the included tires and foams work amazing on our tracks.....

Steering !!!! You do not need to make any mods for steering. Also, the truck has 16mm big bore shocks that eat up the rough stuff. The TTR ST-1 is an awesome truck that is durable as hell. If TTR ever works out their steering problems, it will no doubt be one of the top trucks ever. I'm hoping my Hyper is as tough as my ST-1.

I am currently running in a state invitational race as we speak. We ran the quals today and will be running the main tomorrow. The Hyper ST is running like a champ.

I'm running 7/10/3 in my diffs. I ran this truck all weekend in a State Invitational Race. The truck handled the rough sections and really turnswell. I made to the B main in the Arena Truck, but broke about five minutes into the race. I had a screw back out on my steering knuckle. That was my fault. I should have uded loc-tite.

Hey Jaywax my dad has had that same problem at our track twice, the screw in the steering knuckle. The first time it came off didn't had any locktite but the second one had loctite and still came off, I guess Permanent LocTite is needed.

A longer screw will not fit. It will hit the front axle. I am going to use loc-tite and then put some gasket sealant on the outside and smooth it out. It will keep screw in place if it trys to back out. If you need to replace screw, you can just peel off sealant. I used this method on my Cen Matrix Pro buggy knuckles.

havent raced mine a lot yet but seems just as dependable as the hyper buggies. i have let several people
drive it at the track and they were surprised how well it handled.

Does it like to be thrown around the track or can it drive like an electric and carve the corners?

dunno about weight, but its feels preety good..as for hyper v's 8ight,,i think that would come down to motor/driver/etc etc blah blah..

if i told you that the hyper is heaps better and beats any 8ight would you buy it????
