Well after 3 weeks of repair I finally got it airborne... it flew great. The motor quit on my test flight takeoff and it was my fault.... the plug was loose. I had to make new gear mounts and resheet the wing but all is well now. I got 3 great flights, required little trim. I will now get a new cowl and gear doors to make it look as good as it flies. We have a whole squadron of TF warbirds at our field now...I'm the only "bad guy" and had better check six!. Its a great flyer!

I'm looking at the
Robart Fork Electric Retract Tail Wheel 160WC-E and would like to know if it will work with this bird. Says it is good for 40lb planes also it is a 160 but with electric.

My wings are ready for glass. Should be ready for primer soon, weather permitting. Looking at the cockpit kit, I may just modify it to look better instead of using the Iflytailies cockpit. I want to use it in my TA152 since it's much more scale.

Those flaps are the T/F flaps?Looks like you did something there .I got my Fliteskin FW package in a few days ago, haven't staerted it yet.Guess we can just work around the flap hinges...on the stock flaps.
