RE: FF047 Drive cup for the FunFactor

you know, with all of the research that all of us have done finding parts from other manufactorers that work on our trucks, you would hope that CEN would try to find more local distributors. I really...

RE: Replacement Exhaust Manifold

WIll the mounting holes match up on the pipes that you guys suggested?
The reason is because I cannot get CEN parts locally. I hate waiting a week everytime I break something.

RE: T-maxx axle carriers and half shafts on a fun factor

While, I do agree that the lack of clearence do to the mounting position of the uppoer arm being where it is, I am still hopeful that Poor Judgement's solution may work. his idea may get us beyond...

RE: T-maxx axle carriers and half shafts on a fun factor

That really sounds like it could work. A drill press would really come in handy, though.

RE: T-maxx axle carriers and half shafts on a fun factor

I bet we are going to have to use some kind of longer cvd. I think most of the longer regular shafts will be way to thick. COngratulations Scouser! We are most of the way there!

RE: T-maxx axle carriers and half shafts on a fun factor

RE: T-maxx axle carriers and half shafts on a fun factor

Thanks for keeping me in mind. I sure hope you can find some. Longer arms would make the truck just that much more less able to roll

RE: T-maxx axle carriers and half shafts on a fun factor

This weekend I discovered that the clearance under the upper suspnsion arm would not allow the tmaxx half shafts to be used. SO, using the stock cvds would be an option. You would, however need to...

RE: Starting a Cen ST

A few more things to try out. You didn't mention that you checked out your idle. Look at the carb throat and make sure you can see at least a 1.5-2mm gap. Also try leaning the low speed by 1/4-1/2...

Low speed needle question

A couple of weeks ago I did the .16-.18 conversion using the .18 sleeve and piston. Since then I busted the conrod, so I went back to the .16 sleeve, piston and conrod. Since I started with the .18...

RE: Starting a Cen ST

Have to look a few few things. First you want to take your carb to defaults. Go flush on the low speed needle and 3 1/2 turns out on high speed. set the idle so that the carb is open at least 1.5mm....

RE: Cen MT2- NT-16 to 18 conversion results

dkf1979, did you find the engine extremely difficult to turn over when you made the conversion? It took me quite a while to get it so that it didn't stick when I was attempting to pull start it. I...
