At center stick you should have 0 pitch. then adjust travels so you use full upward travel. As you noticed, if you go too far up it binds, this is normal, back it off till it clears and you're good....

can't speak for the quality, but my "fiber" were 325's and balanced perfectly, they might not TRACK, I haven't spun it up yet, but they balance nicely. The 315 wood ones haven't been messed with yet,...

For the spin issue, bring up the throttle more slowly, adjusting as needed. What you're fighting is that the bigger motor causes torque faster than the small tail motor can respond and counter it....
