Here's a "before" shot of the plane, a few weeks ago at the same field.

As a relative newbie to the hobby, I've not seen much carnage on this scale. It hurt to watch that go into the fence.

Yes, and I love it. Bolts right up without issue and seems to do just fine. Plenty of power (at least compared to the stock powerplant, that is).

I'd get the stock motor the heck outta there. I'd love just to get the airframe for this jet. It flies so nice when it's powered by something other than the stock gear.

All of my battery packs fit in nice and snug - even with the velcro. I had to use a bit of hot glue to get the velcro to lock in as it gets a bit warm in there - but even when my canopy has popped...

No, I don't think you can order up the decals.

I'm still hoping that Horizon will start offering just the airframe and let us stuff our own gear in it - they'll have a winner for certain.

I'm hoping mine arrives in as good of condition as it left EJF, but I'm not too worried about it. Right now it's a race between my Hyperion Extra 300 and the F-16. Both are expected in on the 22nd...

The airframe and retracts were $149.99 and the gear doors an additional $50. So $200 with free shipping. They have other packages available, but I wanted to put my own stuff in the airplane.

While the stock power plant may be a dud, I love this airframe. It flies very smoothly, keeps me on my toes, and slows down nice for a landing.
