My motor is at -0.3 deg (down thrust). ...That's with the spinner aligned to the nose. (...And +1 deg in the wings, 0 in the h-stab)

Are you running any elevator trim, and what is your wing incidence (assuming the horizontal stab is at 0 degrees)? If you have some elevator trim then it could be affecting the plane in...
