Just did the maiden on a 41% Extra that has been hanging around for a couple of years. Tom this is a great flying airplane. This is the second one I've had and guys today could see me flying better...

You have to do 2 things to get rid of the slack.
1. Get the pivot point of the control horn on the hinge line exactly, not just close.
2. Make sure the servo arm is the same size as the distance...

I do know for a fact that 41 & 42 percent Extras will fit inside the back of 2007 -2010 Ford Expedition EL as in extended length and both front seat people are comfortable.

Those connectors are rated for 4 amps, each one of your 8 servos can draw as much as 4 amps. Use higher capacity connectors if you have the high powered servos. I use 30 amp Anderson power poles,...
