RE: Mini Ultra Stick

my only criticism of the MUS is the hinging.... too much glue and slightly too tight on the gaps.... a little more gap would probably cure it, and a strip of scotch tape would seal...

RE: Alchohol vs gasoline

similarly, if the incoming air charge is cooled, it occupies less volume as noted, and can be mixed with fuel (at a slightly different setting) and again, more charge is in the cylinder...

RE: Alchohol vs gasoline

rephrasing, cooling the incoming air-fuel mixture (implies AFTER the carb/injector) reduces it's volume and allows more of said mixture to be packed into the combustion chamber....

RE: "NEW" Giant Aeromaster ARF!

the calc programs all seem to miss on this motor, your props are WAY too big!!! [X(]..... in the REAL world, you don't want to use more than a 9x6E on the B20-15L-4.4:1 . ;) That prop draws about...

RE: What is a good ARF for a 30 4-stroke?

I flew a home-brew retired Quickee500 with a Saito 30 FS (with an added nosewheel !!!) that came in at 3 1/2 lbs ready to fly.... it was a GREAT flying airplane and was my favorite plane for several...

RE: Motor speed/ Props electric? Glow?

put the tractor on with the prop "facing" the front of the plane and run the motor CW (when looking at the prop end of the motor)

RE: SAITO 120 vs 150 vs 180
