I run an HPI steel spur with a HPI racing clutchbell and they work great. Don't use the locktite that comes with the spur, use some good stuff....trust me.[:o]:D

Around here 5 of us run together alot. Of those 5, 3 are tmaxx 3.3's and 2 are X's. The 3.3's are faster and corner better stock. The X's are alot tougher and can take the jumps better. One guy...

Any ideas on which clutch bell I should get to go with my metal HPI 49 tooth spur gear on my X? Outer bearing on my clutch bell is shot and ruined the bell. Looking for a good medium of low end power...

Will leaving them out when jumping(bashing) lead to broken and bent shocks? Been wanting to leave mine out but worried about busted shocks.

Thanks for the quick answer. One more ????? about the failsafe...if your truck gets out of radio range won't the thottle cut off anyway or will it stay pegged?
