I found the 12.25X3.75 to be great with the OS46AX and should be superb with the 51 but it might send the RPM's to the moon though.
I am thinking Saito in the 72 or 91 sizes for my new one.
I have a ton of Dubro 1.5 and 1.25 inch arms and 1/8 robart hinges so getting gobs of throws should not be a problem. I will also peel back the covering on the wings, vertical and horizontal stabs and sand a 45 degree bevel into them.
I should have the plane next week and hopefully 2 weeks later it should be ready to fly.

Here's a cool picture I ran across while cleaining up my hard drive. I don't think I've ever posted this one.
I set my camera down on the runway and did the timed shutter feature to take a picture of a low fly-by. It took me about 3 tries to get it timed right to be in the picture.

Are you guys re-enforcing the fuse under the canopy, you know, the weak spot?
I got luck last week, and now I think I'm going to epoxy in some carbon fiber strips, mainly for a little reassurance. Anyone else doing this?
I was coming in to a decent head wind, and was planning on a little 2' roll landing, but a gust of wind caught the plane about a foot off the ground and cartwheeled it. Although it did land back on it's wheels. I went over the plane inside and out to make sure nothing had broken or come lose. All seems fine.
