Hey guys...Dave told me his simulator has E-Flite on it. Fire up the simulator and load up an E-Flite heli. Then select 100% realizm, and hit run. This is what you'd see....
you'd see a guy walk up to the helicopter and pick it up. Then you'd see him walk over (while cussing like a sailor) and throw the helicopter and radio in a 30gal trash can. Then it would do a close up shot of his empty wallet and a maxed out credit card.....LMAOROTF.....simulation over.

Rick is the King, we all know that,
Hey Vic, the picture is from 2007.. Looks like a flyer to me.... LMFAO!
Just a little tweaking.

Thanks for the smiles, Vic, that made my morning!
46u, my father and I both have an mSR, and we love the little guy. It's also insanely popular, by far the one page on my site that gets hit the most:

Have a great New Year, all. We'll be having a special guest at our place this new year, the trucker who I met at a LHS in summer, who has been teaching me alllll sorts of things (those combat flyers) will just happen to be running across I-80 near Omaha New Year's Eve. I tell ya, never thought I would develop a friendship with some random guy who just happened to be at the LHS that day, who drives a truck for a living across the country, and has been in R/C for a few decades now. It's amazing what people you can meet in a hobby. Just like you guys, between this and the 'Struggling' thread (part 2 or 1), it's been a nice way to spend time while I wait for the morning coffee or orange juice to kick in.

The way the weather has been I need all the indoor toys I can get! LOL Here is some of my indoor toys and my helicopter fleet with my MSR on the way.

This is only about half my track. To set up the whole track I have to totally clean out a room of all furniture.

HOLY CRAP!
Jim's term chatty Cathy's doesnt even come close to the whats been going on here.
46........................you've got more bitc*hen toys than TOYS R US!
The rest of you guys make this thread sound like the HANDY MAN channel LMFAO. A quick story to add to the rest of you appliance repair men. When I was 16 and we'd rebuilding enegines and working on cars in the garage we'd..........put tape of the safety button the dryer door and turn it on for the heat. Of course we'd becareful not to gas ourselves. Well three weeks ago I was in my garage and it was colder than a well diggers ass in Montana in the month of January! So I did the old trick to the wife dryer. oooweeee how how nice that heat felt for two minutes and then DEATH befell the dryer. The short of this is, I had just replaced the drum bearings and replaced the felt around the drum. She was in tip top shape....at least until the cold morning. I burned out the safety fuse that fits on the fire box. On no boys this is not a nice BUSS fuse and put out the bad and in with the new, no no no no..........its a $35.00 special one time fuse and is a special order from the appliance store to boot. With the new machines you can't do that anymore I FOUND OUT. So right now the boys are here for the third day installing my new A/C Heater in the attic placing vent throughout the garage. With the cars out I have 840 sq. ft. to play in I will now have heat for the California winters LOL and the A/C for HOT California summers which are for real. My dear wife said " your not done yet, go get a 42" LCD for the wall! ! ! so she can watch TV with me when I am in my Man Cave. She is a jewel forsure!
VIC, you crack me up! I think you tell everyone how much you hate Eflite and have a HORDED a STASH in your garage from us just full of planks and Heli's.

Jeff / 46u,
JPEE took the words right out of my mouth. Man have you got the set-up, seems like all over the house. You could show Tim Allen, the tool man, a thing or two thats for sure.
My "Cave" is like 13 x 19, it's more of a dungeon. Two work tables and a bunch of shelves, but it's indoors in the basement.
Dave

The only one in the garage that is mine is the big red Ultra Classic that I drove to Alaska the others I am working on for others. I do have 3 of mine in the basement in various stages. Here is one of the rooms I store SOME of my RC stuff in. LOL You have to keep in mind most of you have a wife. I have been through 3 of them and do not want another. As long as I can get a woman to come by a couple times a month and spend the night is all I need. LOL Sorry about the big pictures but have problems with up loading them on this site so I use a photo host.

Just noticed you're from Georgia, my youngest daughter was in Valdosta for 4 years, down at Moody Air Force Base.
I hear ya about the wife thing, what's that old saying, 3 strikes and your out. Smart decision...
You've got more toys, than Carters has pills, I'll speak for myself, but I want some of that. LMAO! I see next to the bed, in the last picture you have a box marked Lipo Stuff.
Vic,
You awake yet? [sm=spinnyeyes.gif][sm=spinnyeyes.gif]

I have been into RC land vehicles for a while. I just started messing with RC aircraft in the past year and have not done a lot with them till now. If I am not mistake the size of the helicopter is judged by the length of the main blades? Please clue me in and what is the standers for the size of a helicopter?
Thanks
Thanks

Jeff / 46u,
Years ago it was determined by engine / motor size. Currently, with so many engines / motors available and guys doing heavy 3D, are putting bigger engines / motors in the aircraft. So it's pretty much by main blade diameter and they are put into categories..
Here's a site that'll be more specific, a little light reading for ya,

Thanks for the web site I understand better about size. That site looks like very good information and will be looking at it in the next couple of days. So from what I read a E-Sky Belt CP is a 400. I wish I had a T Rex and one day will but I think the E-Sky is cheaper to replace parts on for now. LOL I have had my Belt CP for over a year and just now getting it ready to learn to hover. I up graded it with better radio DX6I, better ESC Hobby Wing programmable and Gyro Telebee. I got all that working and now am working on mechanical set up. Wish some of you guys lived closer as I can use all the help I can get.

I all so have this tail assembled but have not installed it yet.
http://www.cnchelicopter.com/servlet...Belt-CP/Detail
I am going to wait to install it till I get where I can hover. I all so would like one of these.
http://www.cnchelicopter.com/servlet...-CP-CNC/Detail
Since they came out with the new Belt CP V2 the CF kits with out electrics are cheap.

Save your $$$ and get a CopterX head and tail, or the EXI combo. I have the CopterX combo and it works great there are a few mods that have to be done but nothing serious
