Here are screenshots of both. They both have sporthalle in there name one in named Friedrichsberg-Sporthalle (3te Berkkamener Heli-Night 2005) and the other is Sporthalle_Bassen_MSCAchim I had to rename the folders and only put in the S1 or S2 jpg file. The other jpg's don't seem to cause a problem I just did the Sporthall_Bassen XTR scenery with out renaming and it worked fine. Wish I knew why it isn't working for you guys I did have a problem with Friedrichsberg-Sporthalle (3te Berkkamener Heli-Night 2005) scenery could it be the brackets () causing a problem? STLPilot you could find about this from IPACS? By the way Codepunk Excellent program.

I think there are some issues with cpano and filenames. When I download a scenery I usually get rid of any spaces and other special characters. If you use my tool, it will use the name of the folder that you point to as the name of the scenery. As long as that folder doesn't have any of those special characters it should work. There are a couple of sceneries that I have to still look at but if you follow these guidelines most of the Reflex and AFP scenes will work fine.

Don't take this the wrong way Codepunk but I think I'll leave it off AFP website until a few more bugs are worked out. Otherwise my phone WILL NOT stop ringing. Once it's on our website ... it becomes ours as far as the customer feels. Not everyone comes to this forum unfortunately.

Not that everyone and myself does not appreciate it that's for sure!

Aloha, [8D]

Hey, I have some really nice HiRes pictures of our flying field here in Hawaii …
“Shipman Field†is 20+ acres w/a 500’ paved runway … Mauna Kea snow capped telescope topped mountain in the background …

I’d like to get them pieced together into a scenario for AFPD …

I’d also like to get a SIG Kadet Senior ARF w/flaps for AFPD … Personally I prefer electric I’m using a MegaMotors ACn 22/45/3 motor w/a MEC SuperBox 2:1 gear box, two 8-Cell Sub-C battery packes standing up under the leading edge of the wing in the forward cabin w/no windshield, and a 14/7 EAPC prop … the power plant is at least 600 Watts to prop …

The battery pack is the instrument panel …

Ok, I fixed Mammendorf. The problem was that they were using .jpeg for a file extension instead of the more widely used .jpg.

When I run it through, it works fine and is quite a nice little scenery. I'll take a look at others, make a fix to remove any spaces and special characters in directory/filenames and post a new version (unless you really want to fly in Mammendork right now )

Ok, I posted a new version which should fix some of the ones you were having problems with. Here's what's fixed:

1. Correctly detects reflex scenes if they use the .jpeg extension on the panoramic photos
2. Fixes Reflex scenes that use spaces in the directory and/or filenames

Grab the latest at the same link: [link=http://www.schmidt6.com/AFPD/AFPDSceneryInstaller.zip]http://www.schmidt6.com/AFPD/AFPDSceneryInstaller.zip[/link]
Tested it on a couple, including this nice scene Heli IG-Amt im Schnee.

Hmm, I just tried it and it worked fine. Go into your scenery folder and remove anything related to Mammendorf. Also, if you overwrote the geo file in the AFPDSceneryInstaller file, make sure you replace it with the original.

Others, can you try out [link=http://www.rc-sim.de/dl_engine_eng/redirect.php?dlid=2047&PHPSESSID=4388f575537da518a 40609af9cc87be4]http://www.rc-sim.de/dl_engine_eng/redirect.php?dlid=2047&PHPSESSID=4388f575537da518a 40609af9cc87be4[/link] and see if it works for you.

Can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. The screenshot should be pretty self explanatory.

In a nutshell, it will

1. Perform the scenery conversion like the original converter (most of the same code will be used)
2. Take any panoramic image and create a scenery for it
3. Install an AFP or AFPD aircraft that you downloaded
4. Create a new aircraft based on configuration. This one needs a little research, but I got the idea from the Martin post in the Ikarus forum. Everyone wants to know "what's your setup for such and such aircraft" to which a reply is sent with a bunch of parameters like "set prop pitch to x.xx". Well, it would be nice to have a way to just email someone a file (or upload somewhere for download) and they can just import those settings without having to manually set them all. So, I hope it works. We'll have to wait and see.

Hi GUYS

You can also transfer scenerys from the reflex sim to AFPD sim useing the conversion tool

all you need to do is go into REFLEX sims scenery directory wich is called Umwelt click on it then Wlp click on it then pick a scenery folder open it and copy all the files in that folder go back to your desk top make new folder paste copied files into new folder rename it as exactly the scenery name but befor you convert you must add to this folder a geo file i used an old one i copied an pasted in the folder once this is done use the coversion tool see screen shots.
