Yes. slowest build ever for me...too much other stuff kept getting in the way. Now I've flown it really should have got my finger out earlier!
static and install shots.
Really wish I had finished the seats and put in the gonk!

I need to measure mine on a rig, rather than fingers to give an accurate figure on my model, it might be that far back, but think I'm a little infront and prefer that.

Looks great in the air.

Dave,

Thanks for the flight on your Hawk, absolutely brilliant flying model. I flew your ARF Bandit immediately before the Hawk and sang its praises as one of the best flying and landing models ever but after a flight with the Hawk I can only say this model does it every bit as good but with extra appeal. I took a poor video of Steve Elias flying it but its worth a look. Sorted the focus after he took off unfortunately.

Thanks from me as well for letting me have a flight. Wonderfully smooth and fantastic presence in the air. They know how to make them at Comp Arf [8D]

Savings fund started!

Ive got a video of the maiden on my camera. Will try to upload later.

Nice video T. We must go to Pheonix and do a grass site video.
That flight was before I added more weight to the nose which improved the sit more.

Hoping the Graupner Hawk (same Mould) flies like the Comp Arf Version - this plane is certainly a winner!

Now, I just need to learn how to fly, get the B cert, paint and scale my Hawk and we can then do a M&R flying show!

The link does not work!
Trev, great video, Steve really shows the plane off for the great flying machine it is.
Glad they got the wing right, excellent model…now all I need is some spare money[]

It's too late for me as I have stumped up the money and my Hawk today (black scheme) should be on its way from Comp ARF. Save yourselves and take a hammer to your internet access before it' too late. It's that good!!!!!!!

Fabo shots again! really really need a cockpit and gonk! These were taken on the test flight if my memory serves me right.
Great aeroplane, I feel a second one in a custom scheme...

Dave,

The Hawk looks superb, as you say though it needs the cockpit tub and a driver.

Regards,

Alistair.

OK you have reached your limit on posted "pin up" pictures ( HAH) ... they are nice!
Hey with your current CG... when you go inverted to you have to use any down elevator to hold it there?
