RE: BRIO Electric 10-size

Nathan,

I have maybe 20 flights on my Brio with the a123's. The 3 cell a123 seems to be a good match for this motor. I am using a 11x7 APC sport prop on the plane, i'm pulling around 34 amps...

RE: E-Flite Mini Funtana X

Lets see, nylon screws are designed to shear under load. I don't think you want the posibility of breaking off your gear everytime you land the plane. Bad things will happen :) I have a few flights...

RE: E-Flite Mini Funtana X

Can't find anything out of the ordinary. My CC 35 is .2 of an ounce heavier than my E-flite 40 A ESC which is in my Brio. 18" servo extension .3 ounces each. HS-55's same weight as the S-75 I have....

RE: G3 vs FSone vs G3.5 (FSone comparison review)

Funny, I'm new to R/C and have been flying for 7 months now. While I have never had a flight event that caused the wing to rip off I have had my share of cartwheels :D

Having only 7 months of...

I'd suggest the E-flite Ultimate FX. I started with a Parkzone J-3 cub back in April and it is what it is, a simple under powered beginner airplane. The Ultimate FX on the other hand flies slower...
