try a "weedie" conversion (Ryobi or Homelite is CHEAP and they run good)... If you are not inclined to do that, but want a "ready-built" solution, maybe a Quadra (Q32 or Q35) or maybe a Zenoah G-38...

magnets can be a good solution. If done inside the cowl they don't show. Easy enough to pop the cowl off if needed. Use neodynium magents (STRONG rare eath mags). Cheap on eBay. Get ones...

I assume you are referring to the older Ryobi design w/ the rear intake carb and aft exhaust. If so, yes the firewall will need to be modified to move it aft inside the nose of the plane in order...
