If I remember right, the Tojeiro was designed by Laser Models a few years back.
It may not be the most modern pattern design around...but it sure looks good.

I use the bellypan as it is. But fit a 2 stroke tuned pipe inside the Infinity bellypan is like getting a camel through a keyhole.

I use a bit of steel pushrod 1.5mm 3 Futaba servo screws...

I did it this way, seems to work ok...no overheating. The cutout is about 200x32mm . I also made 4 extra holes (22mm) for good measurment

A 90-100 tuned pipe is about 42-45 mm in diameter, you don't have that space inside the belly pan.

You should have a look at your carb, the spray bar is pointing in the wrong direction.
The fuel inlet nipple should point more or less parallel with the cooling ribs....not up wards.

I am building a Infinity 90 with the MVVS 91 (rear exhaust config)
Have ordered a Perry VP-30 just in case. Those long fuel lines (12-13 inch) give me head ace.

For the MVVS I think 14x8 APC...

Hmm...must think again about my motor choice. Have to use shoehorn to fit a rear exhaust MVVS 91 and a header inside that nose.

Try an APC11x6 to start with safe bet for a 46 motor. Cant be that wrong.
I am happy with 11x6 on my Tai-Ji 40
