its difficult to make a 40 or 60 smoke well, they don't really get hot enough. plus the extra weight isn't worth it

volkan, i got my sim from OMP and i'm from manchester, didn't get caught up in customs so ended up being £78 with FF9 dongle and shipping. bargain!

dafid - i know you can get it in the UK but from OMP it works out about £80 for the sim, expansion, futaba adaptor and shipping than it is for the interface version over here, which is £90, and...

isn't much point putting smoke on a glow engine, too much weight and the muffler doesnt get hot enough for all the oil to reach smoking point, so you will basically just be pumping oil down your plane

Just spoke to another person about it who was told that the wings are so heavy on the model that once it banks past 30 degrees it cant roll back to level, just another theory i thought il'd add.
