Looking good Mike, looking real good[sm=RAINFRO.gif]
Luke, I'm on duty on Sunday, so will be there all day (oh dear its a hard life
). You are welcome to come down again if you wish. Forecast is a bit blowy and chilly but should be dry.
I should have the Extra up and running with the new Saito 100, and you never know I might have the Cap ready aswell (though probably not, too much to do).
I would love to have a go with the Capiche, though I understand how you feel letting someone else have a go (I rarely let other people fly mine!!) especially as it has had one nasty incident already in its short life.[&o]
As for a pilot, probably. I have my Tom (as in Tom & Jerry) looking for a new home, I think he will fit perfectly.
[sm=idea.gif]Archie, bout time you got a price list at least up on the web site so we can see what you got and how much for, rather than waiting for comments on here

Alright i will be there on Sunday with the Capiche.(i am a member of the club now!) No problem about letting you have a go, life's too short and Dad can fix anything!
Mike i am also using mighty minis on the Ailerons, because the garage is infested with them! The only gear failure i have had was in my crash at the comp. Do you use subtrim to get each servo centered? Do you have any differential programmend in on the ailerons?
thanks
Luke

Luke are you sure your horns are out level with hinge axis and long enough to mimic your servo arm? Also even "The Boy" has been known to take off with the ailerons drooping a little. With all nuetral try laying a rule from centre of Le @ tip to Te at tip to see if ailerons are simitrical with the wing. Mine is pretty axial in the roll with no mixing.

cough cough!!![&:]
depends on what materials you have to hand. also this is one accessory you only throw away if your going with twin elevator servos or a Y rod... in other words, 99% would stay in the kit.. a very welcome standard kit part

Luke, watching you fly your Capiche again yesterday was fun. You are certainly enjoying it.
I bottled out having a go, though was sorely tempted. The wind was quite strong, and from the North which is a nasty direction at our field, so didn't want to take the risk with Luke's pride and joy.
Luke took advantage of the wind, doing some dead vertical elevators (not even a hint of wing rock) and some high alpha KE into wind which was a walking pace or slower. The various rolling circles were excellent as well.
I definately have some catching up to do!
The Capiche was generating lots of interest at the club, not that there were lots of us there due to the wind. Everyone was impressed with Luke's flying, and were happy that he is now joining us as a club member.
I'll try and get the ailerons covered this evening, then that will probably be it until next week due to work [&o]
