roly1129: Your mods have made your Cessna look awesome! Well done!

I wonder about the wheelpants though. Just an opinion, but I think it would look even better with the pants on.

Roly,

Describe how you got the robart nose strut to be angled like it is.

The flaps were change to fowler, look at the pictures for the differance. The flaps now as they go down they also extend out more. Tracon, I use good old Rust-oleum. I have been using it for as long as I have been in the Hobby. No clear coat.

Sam, here is the pictures the paint, can be found at any Home Depot or Lowe's or Walmart. It take about 4 hour to dry to touch and fully cures in 24 hours but you get fuel proof shiny hard sell paint, for about $3.50 a can is alot cheaper than any hobby paint. The wheel pants are done and install. NOW SHE IS DONE...........................................

Sam, I just got the rotaring beacon in and hook up to the ON/OFF switch on the airplane, so than when the plane is on the light comes on. That way I can see if I left the plane on.

Rolly,

Maybe I missed it but I noticed you took off the wing supports. Are they just for looks or do they have a function? I prefer them off, it makes it look faster like the Centurion 210. I am looking to buy one of these and do some of the mods you did. I'm just not convinced about the quality. I already got burned by CMP with their P-40. Good looking plane but piece of crap. Anyways, nice plane! I look forward to building one. 95% sure I will. I'd like to see video of your bird flying with all the lights going or at least some footage of it taxiing around at dusk. Good work!

I checked Nitroplanes website. I cannot find the Cessna anywhere on that site! Did they discontinue the Cessna 182? If they did, I'm gonna be bummed!
