yea it will. im flying that setup now with 100% throttle curve and it hold up great. if you plan on moving to the new XL motor (3700kv) then you should upgrade to a 35 amp ESC.

- get the 220mm flybar
- get some very light paddles
- get good quality blades
- max out cyclic throw

readyheli.com is a good place and they have great prices. look for the Flight power 6S 1P 4800 mah battery. or you can go with the 5000mah battery and get about 7 min of flight.

i agree with StrangeRanger for somethings but not all. yes the servos are crap, definetly go with the HS-65MG's they are the best, for the tail get a Futaba S9650 and 401 gyro. get the 35A align ESC...

yes you definetly need a gyro to fly a rex. and turn all mixing settings off before flying it. the mixing dosent help at all.
