I would run a 6s 2600mah pack . The higher voltage will make it pull less amps. I run a trex500esp with stock motor esc. with that size pack. electronics are only warm at the end of pack. I get about...

i would have used blu locktite just becouse you never know when you might smack the tail on something and as for me i wouldnt wanna risk stripping a srcew head trying to replace the tail shaft !

what manual ???? the mx400 manual only gives you ideas of what to set your throttle and pitch curves becouse 1. not everyone will have the same radio system 2. they dont know how good of a pilot you...

are you sure you have your esc set to soft start ? i have same setup and i have flew mine with no problem yet ! "knock on wood !!!" mine starts just a little hard bot not so hard as to damage...
