Is it my eyes or is the tail wheel mounted too far forward for scale? Is that per the plans? Scale location would put it at the rudder hinge. Just wondering

My Ziroli P-40 has slight toe-in. I ease up the throttle at take-off with no problems with tracking Add rudder as needed.

I do have 3 views for ya! let me put it together and shoot it to you. What I do is enlarge 3 views to whatever scale that I am building and start tracing

Check for leaks. I assume none as they retract. Check your servo throw on the downside. Maybe not enough throw.
