Thanks Stripes I checked and the needle valve is on the back plate.

Ok thanks guys I have to go to the hobby shop tomorrow and I'll get the glow plug and fuel and see what happens. I'll also check the low idle setting. Thanks for your help everyone.

I hope someone can help. I have an OS .91 two stroke, I can start it fine and it will idle, when I throttle it up for the first time everything is as it should be, smooth, I then idle it back down...
