After reading this thread it seems that the common opinion is to replace the supplied 3mm hinges with Robart Hinge Point hinges. s-chester is using 3/16” hinges on his composite Wind.

Thanks Joe for measuring the size of the servo well.

I plan to use the Futaba S9551 for the ailerons, which are 41mm x 20mm, so sound like they will fit.

I have a NIB Fliton Infinity 90 ARF. The Infinity 90 is the discontinued predecessor of the Inspire 90. And yeah the Infinity 90 is not a piece of junk, like the Inspire 90....
