Mr. JPZ,

Your model looks nice. I have a question regarding the aerodyanimc design of the plane. Why the wing is placed so low relativelly to the canopy?

Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks,

Nikos

Hi crazy

Sorry to hear about the damage.
My airplane also didn't arrive in a good shape. My rudder was broken.
I waited to JP for two weeks for having a price for a new rudder...

For how long are you waiting?
Hello Ram
Here are some Details. I have ordered my machine in May 2007 and have become it on 16.08.2007 after many urgent. This was a great day for me. [:@][:@][:@]Up to today I am in connection with JP from ZN for a new Chin cowl. " I have to send back, then I get a new one". But I do not want to wait again so long, like for my plane. So I want to keep my broken. ZN not have one piece in stock. Is that not poor. I have learned to. I do not believe that I will ever have a new Chin cowl. Pity.....

JPZ,

No, not yet. As far as I know you were involved in the design of the model, can you please explain why the model is low wing and not mid-wing?

Thank you,

Nikos

Ehhh....???? You have received damaged goods that are this expensive and you resign yourself to not receiving a replacement.

As JP is reading this thread maybe he would like to comment on the damaged chin cowl situation and when will it be likely that we will receive our replacements?

Hello Nikos,

The wing is positioned there to have a good compromise between the position of the stabilizer and the position of the motor.

I hope I see you in Argentina.

Stef you did a good job on this plane.
I have been flying it since February. The plane and I have become good friends.

Hallo Stef,

Thanks for the answer, so the reason is to have the engine axis at the same level as the stabilizer chord. It would be interesting to explain why you do that. Another thing that comes to my mind for the wing placed so low is that it does not block the airflow hitting the stab. Have you thought of using a T-Canaliser on Integral? If you have already done, could you please provide the dimensions?

I though that except you, JPZ was also involved in the design of the Integral prototype built by ZN Line, sorry that was my mistake.

It would be good If I came to Argentina as a spectator and met you in person, but unfortunatelly it is a very long journey .

I wish you all the best and a good position for all the Integrals particpating there....

Regards,
Nikos

Hi all,

I will use the Integral at the world championship in Argentina.
It is a very good airplane !
Thanks to Stéphane and Pierre Carrier for the design as well as ZN and C-ARF for the production.

The Integral flies very well without T-canaliser, but personally, I prefer flying with it.
See pictures on my webpage:
http://icwww.epfl.ch/~pasini

For more detailed pictures on the Integral, see this page:

Sylvain

Hi all, hi Nikos, Flylulu and Paz ...... hihihi

When I speak of the position of the motor, I wished to say the angle downwards, not position on axis of airplane.

The second think is the design is realised for do not use T-canaliser.

Regards and see you

Stef.

Salut Stef,

Superbe machine !! ça vole d'enfer. je continue en anglais comme cela tout le monde comprend.

Great A/C, very impressive in flight !

Absolutely no corrections on side thrust and down thrust.

You are right, the way you designed the A/C, there is no need to have a T-canaliser. The rudder is very very efficient. This A/C is able to fly on his side, with the fuselage almost horizontal.

About CG pfff no idea, I dropped everything in, maybe a little little bit too forward. According JPZ, who did the first flight, it's not an issue.

Regards

Laurent

Hey,

I am not sure if I am going to put a tunnel in my Electric Integral. I see from pictures from Jas & Andrew that they do not have any!

Any thoughts from you guy's? I am worried that it might be alot of air coming through the fuz. Should I block off the radio gear section?

Any pictures or comments on a tunnel or cooling dams would be appreciated.

Cheers!

Personally I feel the pipe floor adds quite a bit of strength to the fuse.
So if I went electric I would put it in.

OK, I've asked this before but didn't get any response from anybody in the US. What type of JR servos would you recommend for this plane. I just got mine in and want to start gathering equipment. A couple of you answered my post, but with JR servos from Europe and I'm not familar with the #'s compared to what's available in the US. I have one 8411 that I plan for the rudder. Ones that fit the servo openings would be great and $$$ aren't a problem. Thanks, in advance, for your help...

... The servos Mike H mentioned are perfect for the Integral, no cutouts needed in either wing or stab ...

Did anyone measure the incidence of the wing?

I have problem with stab, they don't have the same incidence
the right have 0,5 degree negative than the left.
The wing incidence on my Integral is at 0 degree.

Should i let it or maybe i must give some positive incidence
on my wing?

hi Harris
My plane has your own same problem
I believe the problem they are the carbon tubes
Personally I determine the stab with balls of silicon and now all they are all right

Hello to All
Also, I have the same problem. Any machine have the same problem.
Have a difference from left to right. Exactly, I have not measured it.
Why do we actually buy this rubbish. We should all return our machines.
It is always the same. The problem is the Carbon Tube of stabs.
Very poorly measured and processed.
I need a long time to measure. How long does it take for ARF Composite. 2 minutes. [:@][:@][:@]
My next machine is certainly not ARF-C.
Mr. Zardini also does nothing. That s is my opinion.
