anyone seen this? http://www.rcmart.com/catalog/rc-hob...cPath=420_1165
I saw one of those on Ebay, and thought for sure they had to be settin' someone up. It just doesn't make sense to have it the same price as the RTR version. If it truly is though, I might pick it up solely cause it has a motor.

I put one in my cart, and tried to check out, and they rape you with the shipping. It was $120 for regular air mail to my location. They are in the same hemisphere as me too...[&:]

I'm trying to convert my RTR roller. I have few questions.
Is the diff gears in RTR is the same as the Pro and what make the spider center diff better than the one in RTR diff?
Anybody know?
I converted my RTR over courtesy of flebay. The diff gears are the same except for the spyder center obviously. Now I have friends that I race with and they don't use the spyder center diff. One of them works over at Nitrohouse and he's the one that has provided me with lots of helpful information. He said it was ok to use the stock rtr diff. As a matter of fact one of them uses a kyosho diff and the other uses a jammin diff. I haven't had any issues with my center diff. Is the spyder diff going to make you go faster? I don't think so. Run the stock center diff and fill it with fluid instead of the grease and you will notice a performance increase. I removed all grease from the RTR diffs and fluid filled them with 7k in front, 10k in center and 2k in rear.

Do I need a hump pack, or can I use a stick pack for the receiver? I will be running a Spektrum DX2 with [link=http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/cPath/1_61_100/products_id/5994]for throttle[/link] and [link=http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/cPath/1_61_100/products_id/5733]for steering.[/link] Thanks.

You can use both, but the flat pack is better fit and more secure with 2 zipties.

Nice choose servos.

I used a 9402 about 15 years ago in an 1/8th buggy and had a great run out of it.
I have heard that there are two versions of the 9402. One made in Japan, and one made in China.

The Japanese one is supposed to be better.

If you are buying a new servo, just go with the flow and get an ACE 1015.[8D]

Hey guys'
I was running my ST last sunday and the stock flywheel/clutch broke which in turn caused damage to my motor and it broke as well.

Has anyone had any trouble with the stock Flywheel/clutch system on their Hyper ST's ?

And i think i may have asked this question before but what flywheel/clutch systems are you guys using ??

Cheers, Kal

Which one exactly broke, the flywheel, the clutch shoes or the clutch bell\bearing?
