1200' for sure is possible. I flew an F21 sequence the other day with a borrowed altimeter, and after zeroing, indicated 1199'. It wasn't even an overtly large sequence.

How are servo pushrods, clevis, and rudder cable (if used) tightness? Are control horns flexing (if using thin AL fancy ones)? If you move the CG back, reduce rudder and elevator throw accordingly...
